DSNP Availity Bulletin

Dear Provider Partners,
To ensure faster and more efficient claims processing, we strongly encourage all providers to submit claims electronically—either via electronic data interchange (EDI) or through our secure online portal. Providers can submit claims by registering for the Availity payer portal.
If you have not yet registered with Availity, please follow the steps below:
- Visit https://www.availity.com/ and select “New to Availity? Get Started” in the upper-right corner.
- Under the Healthcare Provider tile, select “Create Account.”
- Complete all required fields to set up your user account. For additional guidance, refer to the New User Guide: https://www.availity.com/documents/learning/Availity_Portal_Registration.pdf
- Set up your authenticator app to receive the six-digit verification code and follow the prompts.
- If you are the primary administrator for your organization, you will need to verify your identity before registering the organization.
- Select “Register Your Organization (Business)” and follow the prompts to complete the application.
- Visit the Manage My Organization page to monitor your application status, review messages, or submit questions directly to Availity.

Once your registration is complete, please submit claims using Payer ID 68069.
