Duals Provider Training Webinars

• January 7, 2026 – 3:00PM-4:30PM Eastern
• January 13, 2026 – 3:00PM-4:30PM Eastern

Providers only need to attend one session.

The Availity trainer will cover the following functionality on Availity Essentials:

• Completing an Eligibility & Benefits Inquiry
• Submitting and follow up on claims
• Submitting and following up on Authorization Request

These webinars are intended for Duals providers and their office staff who support eligibility, documentation, and administrative processes related to our Dual Lines of Business.
